What happens at a limit
- Links: you cannot create new links until next month, an upgrade or a pack. Existing links keep redirecting.
- Events: events are still counted in totals, but detailed analytics for over-quota events are not stored until the month resets or you buy a pack.
- QR codes, pages, domains, seats: you cannot add more until you delete some or upgrade.
- After a downgrade: anything above the new limits stays active but read-only.
On a paid plan your monthly limits reset at the start of each billing period, on the same date every month as your subscription began (annual plans reset monthly on that date too). On the Free plan they reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC). If you upgrade part-way through, the usage you have already counted stays and the higher limit applies straight away. If you downgrade, the lower limit applies from your next billing date, when your usage count starts again from zero.
Every plan, including Free, requires a registered account with a verified email address. Until you verify your email you cannot create links, QR codes or pages, or make purchases; everything unlocks when you verify. Accounts that stay unverified for 30 days are deleted after a reminder email.
