- Buy from Billing → Packs. One-time payment via Razorpay or PayPal; no auto-renewal.
- Valid for 12 months from purchase; unused balance expires after that.
- Consumed only after your monthly plan quota is used up, so your plan's included events are always spent first.
- Non-refundable and not transferable between organizations. Packs do not add links, QR codes, pages, domains or seats; upgrade for those.
The usage bar shows "Plan events" and "Pack events" separately so you can see what is being consumed.
