Export first. Workspace → Settings → Export produces a ZIP with CSV and JSON files: links, QR codes (with SVGs), pages, campaigns, tags, domains, members, and analytics for your retention period. Personal account data (profile, sign-in methods, sessions, workspaces you belong to, consents, and the links and campaigns you created) is exported from your account settings: choose Download your data. We prepare the file within 72 hours and email you when it is ready; download it from the same place within 7 days (you may be asked to confirm your password). You can ask for one export every 24 hours. The file never contains passwords, security codes or other people's personal data.
Leave a workspace: Settings → Members → … → Leave. If you are the only Owner, transfer ownership first or delete the workspace.
Delete a workspace: Workspace → Settings → Danger zone → Delete workspace (Owners only). Links in that workspace keep redirecting for 30 days so you can update printed materials, then stop. Data is deleted after the 30-day window.
Delete your organization: Billing → Settings → Delete organization. This cancels subscriptions (no further charges; no refund for the remaining period), starts the 30-day window above for all its workspaces, and then deletes everything except invoices, which Indian law requires us to keep for 8 years.
Delete your account: Settings → Privacy → Delete account. You must first leave or delete every workspace you own. We wait 30 days so you can cancel; sign in during that period to cancel the deletion. When that period ends we erase or pseudonymise your personal data within 7 days, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices, kept for 8 years with personal details pseudonymised).
