Upgrade (for example Starter → Pro)
- Billing → Plan → Change plan, choose the new plan and term.
- We show the amount due now: the price difference for the rest of your current billing period. Pay it; the upgrade is immediate and your next renewal is at the new price. The upgrade charge is non-refundable.
- New limits apply at once.
Downgrade (for example Pro → Starter, or any paid plan → Free)
- Billing → Plan → Change plan, choose the lower plan.
- The downgrade is scheduled for the end of your current billing period; you keep your current plan until then. No refund of the difference.
- When it takes effect, items above the new limits (extra domains, QR codes, pages, seats) become read-only; links keep redirecting. Remove items or upgrade again to regain editing.
- Cancel a scheduled downgrade any time before it happens.
Monthly ↔ annual switches follow the same rules: switching to annual is an immediate upgrade with the difference charged; switching to monthly takes effect at the end of the annual period.
