Cancel your subscription

Before cancelling: export analytics older than 30 days (Insights → Export), and download SVGs of QR codes you may want to reprint. You can Resume a cancelled...

  1. Billing → Plan → Cancel subscription.
  2. Tell us why (optional) and confirm.
  3. Your plan stays fully active until the end of the paid period. There are no further charges. Cancelling only stops future renewals; the time already paid for is not refunded, even on annual plans.
  4. At period end the workspace moves to Free plan limits: anything above Free limits becomes read-only, analytics retention becomes 30 days, and the "Made with URLCrop" badge appears on pages and QR downloads. Links keep redirecting.
