- Invoices are emailed to the billing email after every charge and are always available under Billing → Invoices (PDF).
- Indian invoices are GST tax invoices numbered per financial year, for example
UC/26-27/000123. GST is 18% on top of the listed price: CGST 9% + SGST 9% for Gujarat customers, IGST 18% for other States and Union Territories. - International invoices are export invoices in USD with no Indian tax.
Add your GSTIN and legal name
- Billing → Settings → Tax details.
- Enter your legal/company name, GSTIN and registered address; we validate the GSTIN format and State.
- Save before your next charge. The next invoice carries your GSTIN so you can claim input tax credit.
We cannot add a GSTIN to an invoice after the end of the month in which it was issued; if you missed it, contact support and we will issue a credit note and a fresh invoice where GST rules allow.
Tips
- The place of supply is your registered address State, which decides CGST+SGST vs IGST. Keep it current.
- Enterprise customers can request invoices with purchase order numbers and NET terms.
