Export your links list, or analytics, as CSV.
- Links list: Links → … → Export CSV. Includes short URL, slug, domain, destination, title, campaign, tags, status, created date, total clicks, unique clicks.
- Analytics: Insights → Export (see Insights → Exports).
- Exports with more than 10,000 rows are generated in the background and emailed to you as a download link valid for 7 days.
Import links from CSV (Pro and above). On Links, choose Import CSV, download the template, fill in destination_url (required) and optionally slug, title and description, then upload the file (up to 10 MB and 10,000 rows). You can close the window while the import runs. When it finishes you see how many links were created and which rows failed and why (for example a blocked destination, a slug already taken, or your monthly link limit reached); Download results gives a CSV with every row's short link or error. If your workspace reaches its hourly link-creation limit, the import pauses and continues by itself. Owners, Admins and Editors with a verified email can import.
