Starter and above.
Make a link stop working after a date, after a number of clicks, or both.
- Open the link → Edit → Limits.
- Expires on: pick a date and time (shown in your workspace time zone).
- Click limit: enter a number; the link stops after that many total clicks (bot clicks are not counted).
- After expiry, show: either our standard "This link has expired" page or a fallback URL of your choice (for example your homepage).
- Save.
Expired or limit-reached links show the status Expired in the list. You can extend the date or raise the limit at any time to reactivate the link; analytics are kept.
Tips
- Use a fallback URL for printed QR codes so a scan after the campaign still lands somewhere useful.
- Expiry does not delete the link or its analytics.
