See the role table in Invite teammates and roles explained. Additional details:
- Owners are the only role that can see and change Billing, delete the workspace, transfer ownership and delete the organization.
- Admins manage members, domains, API keys, webhooks, UTM templates and workspace settings.
- Editors work with content (links, QR codes, pages, campaigns, tags) and can export analytics.
- Viewers are read-only; good for clients and stakeholders.
- Roles are per workspace. Change a member's role from Settings → Members → … → Change role; remove a member from the same menu. Removed members lose access immediately, and their API keys are revoked.
- Everything a member does is recorded in Settings → Audit log with who, what and when.
