Account → Notifications controls which emails you get from URLCrop. Changes save as soon as you switch them.
- Setup tips and product news: off until you opt in (the box at sign-up, or the switch in onboarding). Turn it on or off here at any time.
- Usage alerts: on by default. Workspace Owners and Admins get one email when a workspace reaches 80% and one at 100% of a plan limit in a billing period. Your links keep redirecting either way.
- Billing and Account and security: always on and shown locked. They cover invoices, payment problems, sign-in codes, password resets and invitations.
Unsubscribe from an email. Every setup-tips email has an Unsubscribe link in the footer. It opens a page asking you to confirm; opening the link alone changes nothing. Your mail app may also show its own unsubscribe button, which works in one click. If the page says "This link is no longer valid", sign in and use Account → Notifications instead, or write to support@urlcrop.com.
Turn emails back on. Sign in and switch the setting on under Account → Notifications.
If you see "We paused email to your address". Your address bounced or was reported as spam, so we stopped optional email to it. Contact support@urlcrop.com once the mailbox works.
We do not track whether you open or click our emails.
