Free: colours and module style (square, rounded, dots). Starter and above: full brand kit (logo, gradient, eye colour and shapes, classy modules, frames with call-to-action text).
- In the QR editor, open Design.
- Colours: foreground and background; a gradient needs Starter+. Keep strong contrast (dark on light).
- Module style: square, rounded or dots; classy needs Starter+.
- Logo (Starter+): upload PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 2 MB (at most 4096 × 4096 px and 16 megapixels); we clear the centre of the code and raise error correction so it still scans.
- Frame (Starter+): label, badge, speech bubble, card or crop corner, with a call-to-action of up to 24 characters such as "Scan me" or "Pay here".
- Eye shapes and colour (Starter+): square, rounded, circle or leaf for the three corner squares.

Troubleshooting
- Code does not scan: raise contrast, shrink the logo (under 20% of the code area), avoid light-on-dark inversions and avoid very pale backgrounds. Use Test scan in the editor.
- Logo looks blurry in print: upload a PNG of at least 512 × 512 px.
- "This design may not scan": we test every design when we create its image, just after you save. If the test fails, your code is saved but has no image yet, and the QR code page shows this warning; raise the contrast or remove the logo, then save again.
