Webhooks notify your server when something happens in your workspace.

  1. Settings → Webhooks → Add endpoint. Enter an HTTPS URL and pick events (for example link.created, link.updated, link.disabled, domain.verified, safety.flagged; conversion events arrive with Convert, Coming soon). The full event list is in the API documentation.
  2. Copy the signing secret. Every delivery carries a signature header computed with HMAC-SHA256 over the raw body and a timestamp; verify it before trusting the payload (code samples in the API docs).
  3. Respond with a 2xx status within 10 seconds. We retry failed deliveries with exponential backoff for up to 24 hours, then mark the delivery failed.
  4. Inspect deliveries, payloads and responses under the endpoint's Deliveries tab; click Redeliver to resend one.

Tips

  • Make your handler idempotent: use the id in the payload to ignore duplicates.
  • Endpoints that fail continuously for 7 days are disabled automatically; we email Owners first.
  • For local testing, use a tunnelling tool to expose localhost over HTTPS.
